These terms apply to hornorworks.com and its store, operated by Hornor Works. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement to order. Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully; do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, misuse promotions or submit material you do not have permission to share.
Products and appearance
Our leather vehicle stripes are sold individually with the options described on the product page and in checkout. Leather has natural variations in grain, texture and color. Screen colors, previews and concept images may differ from the delivered product. Check dimensions, quantities, leather and stitching selections before paying. Ask us about vehicle fit or custom embossing before ordering; custom work requires confirmation of availability, details and price.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Available discounts, tax, shipping and the order total are shown before payment. Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, dates and usage limits. A cart or temporary checkout reservation does not guarantee a completed purchase. Payment is handled through Stripe or Square, depending on the checkout offered.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel the affected order and refund any payment for unfulfilled items. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Shipping and delays
We currently ship to the United States. Supply a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about corrections. Any shipment or delivery estimates communicated with your order are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
We will ship within the time stated for your order or, if no shipment time is stated, within 30 days. If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a delay or canceling for a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries so we can help resolve them.
Cancellations, returns and product concerns
Email info@hornorworks.com with your order number to request a cancellation, return or help with a product problem. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions. Whether a requested change or cancellation is possible depends on the order's production and shipping status; contact us before cutting, installing or altering a product if you have a concern.
Any specific return or warranty terms expressly provided with your purchase apply alongside these terms. These terms do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including for defective or misdescribed goods.
Installation, care and safe use
Read and follow our installation and care instructions and your vehicle manufacturer's guidance. Confirm that the intended surface and placement are suitable. Never cut or trim a stripe on the vehicle. Keep stripes clear of lights, sensors, cameras, latches, hinges, seals and hot or moving parts. Do not use a stripe if it is loose or interferes with safe vehicle operation.
Fit, attachment and wear depend on the surface, placement, preparation, use and environment. Contact us before use if you are unsure. Installation guidance does not promise compatibility with every vehicle, coating or surface.
Product testing and submissions
Invitation-only product testing has additional participation requirements displayed before checkout. Testers are asked to share honest feedback; a positive review is never required. Any discount or free product does not depend on favorable feedback. If you post a public review after receiving a testing benefit, disclose that benefit clearly.
You retain ownership of your photos and comments. By submitting feedback, you permit us to review and use it to support you and evaluate and improve our products. Public marketing use requires separate optional permission. Do not submit content that infringes others' rights. The Privacy Policy explains feedback information, reminders and marketing choices.
Website content and outside services
Hornor Works and its licensors retain rights in the site's branding, images, text and designs. You may use installation guides and downloadable templates for personal use with your stripes. Other reproduction, resale or use of our branding requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party payment services and linked sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability, responsibility and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions or technical problems may occur. We may update the site, correct errors or restrict misuse. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site or failure to follow installation and care instructions. Nothing here excludes liability or limits warranties, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively; the terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that purchase unless you agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
